Pick a menu template, type over the sample dishes, then print it or save it as a PDF. Seven free printable menu templates, no signup, no watermark.
A classic restaurant menu template with starters, mains and desserts on one letter-size page. Sample dishes and prices are placeholders: type over them with your own.
These are free restaurant menu templates you edit right on this page. Choose one above and it opens in the free menu maker with sample sections, dishes and prices. Replace them with yours, switch between the Classic, Modern and Rustic designs, and print or save the menu as a PDF. Every template is set up for standard letter paper (8.5 x 11 in).
A good food menu template follows the order guests decide in: something to start, something big, something to finish. Keep each section to five to seven dishes, give each dish one line of description, and write prices as plain numbers (“16”, not “$16.00”). The templates here already follow that format; you only change the words. For more, see our restaurant menu design guide.
Click Print, choose “Save as PDF”, and send the file to any print shop or print it at home. For a takeout menu that folds, or a menu designed for you from the one you already have, use menu printing in Servestack Studio: it makes print-ready tri-fold menus, table tents, flyers and posters, with every price checked before you download.
Want the menu online too? Put the same dishes on an online ordering page and print a QR code menu for the tables.
