AI Revenue Director

The pricing + menu agent that pays for itself in week 2.

Watches every order across pickup, delivery, dine-in, and the Concierge. Surfaces revenue leaks in plain English — "Your buffalo wings rank 3rd in Quincy and are priced 18% below market" — and auto-runs A/B price tests through your marketing channels. Operator approves each test for the first 90 days, then the agent takes the wheel.

  • Daypart and channel-level analysis
  • Menu placement + description rewrites
  • A/B price tests deployed via your storefront
  • Weekly "what changed and why" report
AI Menu Photographer

Pro food photography for every dish on your menu.

Upload your menu — the Photographer generates a professional product photo for every dish in your brand's style. Regenerates seasonally. Operators stop shooting iPhone pics under fluorescent kitchen lights, and your storefront finally looks like the food tastes.

  • One photo per dish, generated in seconds
  • Brand-style guide for visual consistency
  • Seasonal regeneration on autopilot
  • Real food photography costs $50–150 per dish
AI Guest Insights

Cohorts, churn, and dayparts — without a data analyst.

First-party guest data turned into action. Who hasn't ordered in 30 days? Which neighborhoods convert? What's the LTV difference between SMS-acquired and search-acquired guests? Intelligence answers in plain English and then drafts the action — "Here's the win-back SMS, ready to send."

  • Weekly cohort + repeat-rate analysis
  • Churn prediction with explanation
  • Daypart and channel mix
  • Action-ready: drafts the win-back SMS automatically
AI Campaign Designer

Type a goal. Get a full campaign.

"Boost Tuesday lunch traffic" → audience segment, subject line, copy, send time, A/B variants, success metric. Designer ships it through your existing SMS + email rails and reports back when it's done. Owner.com has an AI writing assistant. This is the full campaign agent.

  • One prompt → fully-built campaign
  • Audience picked from your guest CRM
  • A/B variants designed and shipped
  • Reports lift vs. baseline automatically

FAQs

Frequently asked
questions

Why is Intelligence included on Scale and not sold separately?
Because it's not a bolt-on. Intelligence is what makes Servestack a platform, not a checkout. Customers on Scale are tapping the full Servestack guest network and want AI-driven decisions running their revenue — Starter customers get the core ordering rails and can upgrade once they're ready.
Does the AI make pricing changes without my approval?
Not for the first 90 days. You approve every recommended test. After the agent has demonstrated lift on your specific menu, you can switch to auto-deploy with a veto option — but most operators keep approval-gating on, and that's fine.
Where does the AI photography style come from?
We tune the model to your brand pass — color palette, lighting style, surface type — during onboarding. Photos come out consistent with your existing brand language, not generic stock food.
What about data privacy? Is my POS data used to train the model?
Aggregate, anonymized patterns help the model improve (e.g., "buffalo wings priced 17–22% above mean perform best on Fridays"). Your specific data — guest names, order details — never leaves your tenant.
