We checked Owner.com's pricing page on October 11, 2026. Card processing rates and setup charges are not shown on that page, so we say so below rather than estimate them, and we label the one third-party figure we use.

What is included in every plan
Owner.com's pricing page lists the same feature set on both plans: an AI-optimized website, online ordering, a branded mobile app, automated SEO pages, loyalty and rewards, AI-powered marketing with email and text campaigns, direct catering orders, setup and migration with a dedicated specialist, chargeback protection and 24/7 support. Because everything is included, the plan you pick changes how you are charged, not what you get.
Flex vs Flat: where the break-even sits
The Flat plan costs $250 more per month than Flex. Flex adds a 5% restaurant fee on each order, so the two cost the same when online sales are $5,000 per month (5% of $5,000 is $250). Below that, Flex is cheaper on the restaurant side. Above it, Flat is cheaper, and the gap widens as sales grow. This lines up with Owner.com's own note that Flat is best at $5k+ per month in online sales.
Owner.com says you can switch between plans at any time, which helps if your online volume changes with the season.
- At $3,000 in monthly online sales: Flex is $249 + $150 = $399. Flat is $499.
- At $12,000: Flex is $249 + $600 = $849. Flat is $499.
- At $20,000: Flex is $249 + $1,000 = $1,249. Flat is $499.
The guest order support fee
On both plans, guests pay a 5% order support fee. This is not your cost, but it is part of what your customers see at checkout. If you are comparing the price a guest pays on your own site against third-party apps, include it. Owner.com's pricing page does not say which amount the 5% is calculated on, so confirm that with them.
Fees that are not published
The pricing page does not list card processing rates, a setup fee, or prices for add-ons. AI Phone Ordering is shown only as a waitlist. Owner.com's restaurant participation agreement, last updated August 27, 2024, says Owner.com may charge a setup fee as shown on its pricing page, that setup fees are non-refundable, and that tablet and printer fees are monthly per-unit amounts as shown on the pricing page. It also says Owner.com retains 5% of gift card sales, and that the restaurant is responsible for refunds and chargebacks. Because the pricing page lists none of these amounts, confirm each one before you sign.
Contract and cancellation
Owner.com's pricing page says billing is month to month with no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. The agreement says the subscription renews each month and that a cancellation must be received before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Tablets and printers must be returned within five business days of termination.
Who Owner.com fits
Owner.com is a good fit if you want a done-for-you website, ordering, app and marketing in one package, with setup and migration handled by a specialist, and you want to start month to month. The Flex plan keeps the monthly cost low while online sales are small. Restaurants with steady online volume above about $5,000 per month may prefer the predictable Flat plan.
How Servestack differs
Owner.com and Servestack offer a similar bundle of website, ordering, loyalty and marketing. The difference is the pricing model. Servestack charges one flat monthly price with zero per-order commission, so there is no plan to outgrow and no percentage that rises with your sales. It also works with Toast, Square, Clover and other POS systems. Card processing applies on any platform. Owner.com's Flat plan also removes the restaurant fee, so compare both full quotes, including processing, setup and guest-facing fees.
Example: $12,000 in monthly online sales
- A hypothetical single-location restaurant, not a quote.
- $12,000 in online sales in a month.
- Flex plan shown. Flat plan noted below.
- Card processing is not published and is excluded.
| Flex plan subscription | $249 |
| Restaurant fee, 5% of $12,000 | $600 |
| Estimated total | $849 per month, before card processing |
On the Flat plan the same month is $499, with no restaurant fee. If the guest's 5% order support fee applied to the full $12,000, guests would pay about $600 on top, but Owner.com does not state the base. Card processing and any setup, tablet or printer charges would be extra. Your actual quote will differ.
