Upserve is a restaurant POS for US full-service restaurants with payments, online ordering, loyalty and analytics. Lightspeed acquired it in 2020 and, in April 2026, announced its sale to Skyview Equity. Upserve's plans are Go ($0 a month software, 3.09% + 15¢ card-present processing), Core ($59 a month, 2.49% + 15¢) and custom-priced Pro, where online ordering is included; on Go and Core it's an add-on.
Servestack doesn't replace your POS. It runs your restaurant website, commission-free online ordering and marketing, and syncs with the major POS systems, so ownership changes at your POS vendor don't touch your guest channel.
